    • Decision: kept dark mode as canonical; light pass archived

    • Built LoadingScreen with a custom canvas DNA helix, glowing teal/gold nodes, simulated progress bar, and brand wordmark
    • Wired smooth motion transitions in Index to swap loader → hero with custom-easing exit transition

    Dark mode + contrast + glow pass

    • Pushed the theme to a near-black palette (near-black surface) with brighter teal + gold accents
    • Rewrote DNAParticles to render glowing teal/gold strands with shadowBlur and a background radial glow
    • Updated .glass-card / .card-hover with teal-tinted borders and a new soft glow utility
    • Two-step request: first 'a little darker + more contrast', then 'more glow, go even darker'

    Salonia-inspired DNA particle hero

    • Studied salonia.jp/special/10th/ for entrance choreography
    • Replaced the real-time 3D engine sphere with a custom custom canvas DNA particle system (DNAParticles) — double strands, rungs, glowing connection lines
    • Implemented Salonia-style masked reveal text reveals with staggered custom easing curve
    • Added floating frosted glass stat overlays and a bounce-animated scroll indicator

    Sleeker pass + 3D hero scene

    • Installed real-time 3D engine
    • Built HeroScene with an animated soft-distort sphere material sphere, floating rings, and a particle field
